1. Who we are

This website is run by MissFluo, missfluo@missfluo.com.

2. Adults only

You may use this website only if you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and if adult content is legal where you are.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

4. VIP plans

• Weekly €17, monthly €47, yearly €379.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or by email. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

5. Other purchases

• Custom video: €150 for a 15 minutes video in 4K, paid in advance. Delivery time is agreed by email after the brief.
• Live sessions: prices are shown on the booking page. They are not refundable for no-shows, and you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start.
• Programs: prices and inclusion in VIP plans are shown on each program page.

6. Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal through the checkout of our website platform, Wix. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices include any tax due, unless stated otherwise.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to the email above. Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method.

You lose this right for digital content once access starts, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. It does not apply to videos made to your personal specifications. If a live session is performed during the 14 days at your request, you pay for the part already provided.

8. Acceptable use

Content is for your personal use. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish it, or use it to train AI systems. Breaking this rule may end your access, without refund where the law allows.

9. Content and AI images

All content belongs to us or to its licensors. Everyone appearing in the content is an adult. Some images on this website are created or edited with artificial intelligence.

10. Liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they apply.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
