What tease and denial means
In tease and denial one person builds the excitement and the other is not allowed to finish, or only when and how they are told. The tension comes from giving up that decision.
It can last one session, a day or several weeks. Challenges such as No Nut November are a long form of the same idea.
Denial, ruined orgasm and edging
Edging is the technique: getting close and stopping. Denial is the rule: you stop and you do not finish at all. A ruined orgasm is a third option, where the release happens but the stimulation stops at the very last moment, so it feels incomplete on purpose.
Many guided videos mix the three, and part of the fun is not knowing which one you will get.
Rules that keep it fun
Agree on the rules before you start: how long, what is allowed, and a clear way to stop. Even when the rules come from a video, you are always free to pause.
Short goals work better than heroic ones. A weekend of denial that you complete feels better than a month you quit on day three.
Look after yourself: sleep, water and a break when something feels uncomfortable. This guide is not medical advice.
Following a guide
Denial is easier when someone else holds the rules. In the VIP Room I give instructions in my edging and denial videos, from gentle teasing to strict countdowns.
If you want something longer, No Nut November is a 30-day challenge with 25 guided steps, included with every VIP plan, and a custom video lets me set rules made only for you.
